WHAT IS your DELIVERY TIME?

Generally, our delivery time varies between 5 and 7 working days, Due to the COVID-19 situation and our device's high demand, the delivery time is approximately 7-12 business days.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of ordering and shipped out the next day after the processing day. We don't ship on weekends.

WHY MY ORDER TAKING LONGER TO SHIP ?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking number will be provided directly to you when the order is shipped. If it's not the case contact us at: sales@springgardeners.com

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

We do our best to solve any problems that our customers might encounter with their order.

If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course fulfill the refund, in case the appeal is made within 14 calendar days from the date of the order.
